Logistic Executive – E-commerce

Job Summary:

Logistic Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end logistics operations for
e-commerce food orders
Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for timely pickups and deliveries
Ensure proper
packaging, storage, and dispatch
of food items as per safety standards
Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues
Handle returns, damages, and customer delivery concerns
Maintain inventory movement records and stock reconciliation
Prepare daily and weekly
MIS reports
(dispatch, delivery, pending orders)
Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and accounts teams
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene norms

Required Skills & Experience:

1–3 years of experience in logistics, preferably in
e-commerce or food industry
Knowledge of courier portals and order management systems
Basic proficiency in MS Excel and computer operations
Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Candidate:

Experience in food, FMCG, or hospitality industry
Jaipur-based or willing to relocate
Experience with established food brands is an added advantage
