Job Description

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage and streamline our supply chain operations. You will coordinate shipments, manage inventory, liaise with vendors and transporters, and ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor supply chain and logistics operations.
Plan, track, and ensure timely delivery of shipments.
Manage transportation, distribution, and delivery schedules.
Negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and transporters for cost-effective solutions.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and delivery documents.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and, if applicable, customs regulations.
Handle import/export documentation.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management.
Resolve issues related to delays, damages, or discrepancies in shipments.
Collaborate with sales, procurement, and warehouse teams to streamline processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations, preferably in manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of logistics processes, transportation modes, and inventory management.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software (SAP, Tally, Oracle, etc.).
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
