Urgent Hiring for !!! Location Manager !!! for one of the leading pvt ltd bank. Role Purpose: To lead a team of 1015 Relationship Officers focused on acquiring New-to-Bank (NTB) Current Account customers, building stable liabilities balances, and generating revenue through cross-selling. Key Responsibilities: Recruit, manage, and train a team of Relationship Officers Achieve monthly targets on customer acquisition, liabilities growth, and cross-sell Identify catchment areas and drive lead generation for HNI/Affluent customer acquisition Build a referral model and support PAMs in lead conversion via joint meetings Conduct regular sales reviews, monitor team performance, and enhance productivity Ensure adherence to onboarding, compliance, and customer service standards Experience & Qualifications: Graduate with 48 years in liabilities acquisition (preferably Current Accounts) Team handling experience preferred Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills Good knowledge of local markets and current account products Interested candidates can connect GIRIJA : 022-40697703 / 9321557930 OR Email id : qcnaukri9@gmail.com
