Location Collections Manager

Role Overview: As a Location Collections Manager, your main responsibility will be to lead and manage a team of Collection Team Managers and Collection Executives. You will be in charge of motivating the team to reach their maximum potential, controlling debtors efficiently, ensuring quality service to customers, improving portfolio performance, managing NPAs effectively, adhering to the bank's processes and procedures, and developing both direct and indirect teams. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that service providers follow the organization's policy parameters and maintaining professional relationships within the branch. Your role will also involve planning innovative strategies for reducing NPAs to maintain a quality portfolio. Key Responsibilities: - Create a team of dedicated and ambitious Collection Team Managers and Collection Executives - Motivate existing team members to perform at their best - Control debtors efficiently through your team - Ensure quality service to customers through your team - Focus on improving portfolio performance in the respective location - Manage NPAs efficiently in the respective location/s - Adhere to the bank's processes and procedures - Develop both direct and indirect teams - Ensure service providers follow the organization's policy parameters when interacting with customers - Maintain good professional relationships with all in the branch - Plan innovative strategies for reducing NPAs to ensure a quality portfolio Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in collections management or a related field - Strong leadership and motivational skills - Ability to control debtors effectively - Knowledge of banking processes and procedures - Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities - Innovative thinking to reduce NPAs and improve portfolio quality,
