We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Local Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across our membership program, luxury spa, wellness amenities and diverse food and beverage outlets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the hospitality industry, preferably with experience in luxury resorts or private clubs. This role requires a strong understanding of the South Florida market, established relationships with local businesses and organizations, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Role & responsibilities

This is a full-time role for a Local Sales Manager. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to membership, spa and F&B sales, communication, and customer service.

  • Membership Sales:

  • Achieve membership sales targets by actively prospecting, qualifying, and converting leads.
  • Develop and execute membership drives and promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing members to promote renewals and referrals.
  • Spa Sales:

  • Promote spa treatments, packages, and memberships to resort guests and local residents.
  • Collaborate with spa staff to develop and implement sales initiatives.
  • Identify and pursue partnerships with local businesses and organizations to generate spa leads.
  • Food & Beverage Sales:

  • Drive revenue for the resort's restaurants, bars, and catering services.
  • Secure group bookings and special events.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses and social groups to promote F&B offerings.
  • General Sales & Marketing:

  • Represent the resort at webinars and networking functions.
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of the South Florida market and competitive landscape.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in any 5 star Luxury Hotel Group with a focus on membership, spa, and/or food & beverage sales.
  • Strong understanding of the South Florida market and established relationships with local businesses and organizations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Local Sales and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent Communication skills in English and US Accent
  • Experience in International Trade and International Business
  • Strong negotiation and networking abilities
  • Knowledge of different cultures and languages is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • A passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
