Dont miss out connect with us now and discover where your talent can take you! Role & responsibilities This is a full-time role for a Leisure Sales Manager. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to leisure sales, communication, and customer service. Solicit new and develop existing accounts to exceed revenue goals through telephone solicitation, outside sales calls, and virtual communication. Prepare correspondence to customers, internal booking reports and file maintenance. Participate in scheduled sales meetings, trainings and other sales strategy related meetings as required. Develop & maintain knowledge of market trends, competition and customers. Professionally represent the hotel in community and industry organizations and events. Proactively manage, qualify, and solicit all existing and new leisure accounts in assigned territory. Maintain and further develop leisure database. Ensure that accounts are rated according to Amrit Wellness Resort’s coding system. Create “Need Period” database for traditional low occupancy dates. Develop promotions and sales campaigns for implementation in the leisure market segment in conjunction with the Director of Sales & Marketing. Responsible for analyzing yearly consortia and leisure programs to ensure strategic fit with annual business goals. Contribute to the annual marketing plans and budget process. Review goals and action plan on a scheduled basis. Maintain expenses within the budgeted guidelines. Helps develop new marketing tools/collateral for the leisure market segment. Coordinate and monitor scheduled direct mail efforts in conjunction with the DOSM, Marketing Manager. Conduct sales calls on key accounts as well as target new business. Organize sales blitzes in assigned territory with Regional Sales Office and sister properties. Represent resort at appropriate travel industry webinars and conferences. Identify and participate in appropriate networking channels and action plans to maximize exposure/opportunity. Maintain knowledge of Amrit Wellness Resort to facilitate cross selling. Build relationships with sales counterparts from Regional Sales Office and sister hotels to relay leads and requests. Communicate need period dates and respond promptly to all leads. Prepare and submit timely monthly reports to Director of Sales & Marketing. Recognize and include communication of market trends and competitive intelligence. Attend sales meetings and leadership training sessions as required. All other duties as required. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in any 5 star Luxury Hotel Group. Strong understanding of the South Florida & overall US Hotel market. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Leisure Sales and Customer Service skills Excellent Communication skills in English and US Accent Experience in International Trade and International Business Strong negotiation and networking abilities Knowledge of different cultures and languages is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Role & responsibilities Lead, manage, and mentor the IT team to ensure efficient operations across the resort. Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems, networks, and hardware. Ensure seamless operation of property management systems (PMS), booking engines, POS systems, and other hospitality-specific software. Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity protocols to protect guest and company data. Collaborate with management to develop IT strategies aligned with business goals. Ensure high availability and reliability of internet connectivity, servers, and network infrastructure in a remote location.
