Dont miss out connect with us now and discover where your talent can take you! Role & responsibilities This is a full-time role for a Group Sales Manager. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to sales and marketing of the hotel’s group business, communication, and customer service. Build and strengthen relationships with key accounts to drive business and increase market share. Leverage prospecting tools to solicit and secure new business opportunities. Utilize Amrit programs, sales developments, and customer events to maximize business opportunities. Qualify and convert group leads to generate rooms and catering revenue, ensuring a positive impact. Create and execute detailed account plans for the assigned market to meet or exceed revenue targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of group experiences, including pre-arrival arrangements and event execution. Conduct proactive sales calls to establish strong client relationships. Manages all phases of the sales cycle from initial contact with prospective clients through contract execution. Maintain a competitive understanding of the luxury market and our comp set, ensuring our offerings remain compelling. Ensure CRM hygiene through diligent account management in line with Amrit standards. Contribute to sales strategy meetings, providing market insights and trends to influence decision-making. Produce and execute quarterly and annual action plans, aligning with the company’s marketing and sales objectives. Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing on strategic projects aimed at driving demand and revenue growth. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in any 5 star Luxury Hotel Group. Strong understanding of the South Florida & overall US Hotel market. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Group Sales and Customer Service skills Excellent Communication skills in English and US Accent Experience in International Trade and International Business Strong negotiation and networking abilities Knowledge of different cultures and languages is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. A passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
