Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Loans to lead our loans and financial services vertical. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in the home loan finance industry, with strong connections across nationalised and private banks, and the ability to scale lending

partnerships for BeyondWalls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and lead the Loans vertical for BeyondWalls, driving loan origination and disbursement volumes.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with branch managers, nationalised banks, and private financial institutions.
• Identify and onboard banking partners to expand loan product offerings.
• Drive initiatives to improve loan approval turnaround times and enhance customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams to integrate financing solutions into the customer journey.
• Monitor performance metrics, report on key KPIs, and ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of loan officers and relationship managers.

Skills Required:

• Experience: 3-6 years in the home loan finance industry.
• Strong network and working relationships with branch managers and nationalised banks across the city.
• Proven track record in loan disbursements, partnership building, and financial services leadership.
• Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Graduate/MBA (preferred) in Finance, Business, or related field.
