About the Role

underwriting operations

You’ll support the evaluation of rental applications, verify documents, and maintain accuracy in risk assessment workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Review applicant income, identity, and background documents.
Validate data for completeness and accuracy.
Detect potential fraud or mismatches in submitted information.
Maintain case notes and coordinate with US-based underwriting teams.
Work efficiently within SLAs using Salesforce and internal tools.

Requirements

Experience in
loan processing, mortgage ops, or insurance underwriting
.
Strong logical reasoning & attention to detail.
Good written communication and analytical mindset.
Comfortable working late-evening shifts.

Good to Have

Exposure to US lending or risk-assessment processes.
Familiarity with Excel/Sheets and verification workflows.
