Roles & Responsibilities

• Knowledge of loan processing drawdowns / rollovers / partial and total repayments(retail/corporate)
• Knowledge/ basic understanding of all RBI related reporting related to Loan section.
• Preparation / Validation of data for RBI, HO, Auditors and coordinating with Auditors to handle their queries.
• Strong numerical ability and accuracy
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage high volume.
• Integrity, discipline and strong attention to details
• Good Excel skills
• Monitor repayment schedules/interest payment/ overdue etc
• Handle loan account maintenance, rate change, tenure modifications etc
• Ensure correct interest, charges and pently calculations
• Identify operational risks and escalate discrepancies
• Provide timely updates to branches, customers, internal stakeholders
• Prepare daily/monthly MIS
• Process driven and compliance oriented
• Team player with strong follow up skills
