Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Loan Operations Specialist, based in Gurugram. The Loan Operations Specialist will oversee the daily operations of the lending department, manage loan processing, ensure coordination with Lending Partners, and optimize processes for efficiency. The Manager will also be responsible for leading a team of Operations Executives, enhancing customer experiences, and supporting digital lending initiatives. Qualifications Experience in Loan Operations, Loan Processing Customer Coordination, Knowledge of Loan Documentation, Loan processes. Knowledge of Financial Products, Sales process especially Loans Expertise in Digital Lending and Financial Inclusion Excellent Communication, Analytical, and Problem-Solving skills Ability to work on-site in Gurugram Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field Existing experience in the Banking/Loan industry is a plus Existing Experience of Operations, Financial Documentation, Compliances Show more Show less
