Loan Operations Manager - LMS/LOS - NBFC - 8-10 Yrs - Pune

Our client is a newly established, credit-focused NBFC committed to enabling access to finance for MSMEs and underserved retail borrowers across India. Our mission is to build a modern, tech-enabled lending platform that delivers responsible credit at scale.

Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end loan operations (LOS/LMS implementation, application intake, KYC, underwriting, disbursal & servicing).
• Manage disbursements & repayments across IMPS/NEFT/RTGS, UPI, and NACH.
• Drive vendor & partner management (LMS, KYC, payment gateways, collections).
• Lead process improvement & MIS reporting to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure smooth customer service & grievance redressal through robust SOPs.

Must Have

1. Extensive experience working on

   Loan Management System (LMS)

   and

   Loan Origination System (LOS)

   .
2. Deep understanding of features and functionalities of LMS & LOS.

3. Implementation experience

   of LMS & LOS (ability to suggest required features to vendors is a plus).

4. NBFC exposure:

   At least 40–50% of total experience.
5. Complete understanding of the loan journey for

   Business Loans, Loan Against Property, Micro and MSME loans

   .
6. Hands-on experience in

   secured loans

   (not only unsecured).
7. Strong communication skills in English.
