Job Description

Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager Digital Delivery to lead the creation and evolution of innovative digital platforms within the health, wellness, and insurance sectors. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in cross-functional environments and can manage end-to-end delivery across both backend systems and frontend interfaces (web/mobile). Youll be at the heart of digitizing journeys, optimizing operations, and launching user-first products that drive strategic growth and engagement. Job Requirements: Proven track record in leading B2C web and mobile product delivery within a product-first environment. Experience working with distributed teams across geographies. Strong technical fluency in: API frameworks, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) Frontend & Backend stacks (e.g., Java, Angular, React) Business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau Ability to create detailed wireframes, workflows, prototypes, and technical documentation. Hands-on experience with Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc. Ability to balance technical depth with business understanding to guide cross-functional teams. Strategic thinker with a bias for action and strong execution mindset. Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong leadership and stakeholder management experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
