Define the product strategy and direction for the mediatech suite of product Work closely with multiple stakeholders including the platform owner, business owner, delivery team, sales representatives, and the engineering team placed in multiple markets helping scale the products across the globe, to discover new feature opportunities and prioritize development Design, build and manage the cross-functional development of this mediatech platform, or a suite of specific measurement tools, to serve multiple customers Responsible for building and maintaining the media tech platforms product backlog including product requirements documents, user stories, user flows, and acceptance criteria Map out consumer profiles of those who will be using specific features campaign planning, measurement, attribution, and so on You will work closely with ecosystem partners driving various integrations You will be the subject matter expert for the product you are managing and competitor intelligence, industry trends, key differentiators, and more will be at your fingertip You will communicate product updates, timelines, and milestones to stakeholders across the organization What Youll needHaving 7-12 years of experience in leading global products in international markets, preferably with product-based B2B companies. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Core Java, Spring, databases, and distributed systems, along with exposure to front-office trading environments.Key Responsibilities:Develop and enhance listed derivatives applications.Build multi-tiered risk applications related to the core listed derivatives platform using Java and database technologies.Operate independently or within a team, taking on leadership or contributor roles as required.Write high-quality, secure, and efficient production code while reviewing code written by others.Implement CI/CD practices to enhance development efficiency.Interact with multiple upstream and downstream systems, understanding end-to-end trade flows.Work with a technology stack that includes multi-tiered enterprise applications using Core Java, Spring, and DB2.Collaborate with users across sales, trading, operations, and finance to implement innovative business ideas and improve platform efficiency.Engage in the full development lifecycle, ensuring continuous delivery of value to stakeholders.Work closely with global colleagues and technologists to enhance the platforms resiliency and scalability.Provide Level 3 support to platform users during regional hours.Required Technical Skills:Core Java In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Java 8+.Spring Framework Experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Data.Database Expertise Experience with DB2 or an alternative relational database and strong SQL knowledge.Distributed Systems & Caching Knowledge of distributed cache frameworks and distributed environments.Kafka Experience with event-driven architectures.Front-End Technologies Exposure to HTML5, Angular, TypeScript, and JavaScript.Scala & C# Experience with Scala, C#, or WPF is a plus.Financial Domain Expertise Experience in sales and trading platforms or middle-office trade processing systems in equities, FX, fixed income, or derivatives domains.Excel Proficiency Ability to work with Excel for data analysis and reporting.
