Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Loan Officer to join our team in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience driving microfinance business sales and achieving business deliverables. Roles and Responsibility
Drive microfinance business sales and achieve business deliverables.
Ensure onboarding of quality customers to maintain high portfolio quality.
Identify Joint liability Groups and disburse loans suitable for target customers and geographies.
Conduct CGT amongst members to enable business growth.
Achieve disbursement targets and desired productivity numbers.
Maintain expected collection efficiency and ensure minimum delinquency.
Conduct regular centre meetings for collections with maximum attendance to maintain constant contact with customers.
Continuously follow up on overdue customers to ensure their repayment.
Ensure client satisfaction is maximized and there is strong brand identification and recall amongst customers, while also achieving the highest First Time Right (FTR).
Continuously engage in learning and development programs to upskill.

Job
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in banking or financial services.
Strong knowledge of banking products and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in conducting CGT and enabling business growth.
Adherence to product, process, and policies of the company.
