Job Description

Collaborate with the Technology Partner to provide domain-specific inputs on tax litigationprocesses, ensuring LMS features align with real-world requirements for direct and indirect taxcases.
Act as the subject matter expert (SME) from DAA, reviewing and validating productfunctionalities, user interfaces, and workflows to enhance usability and compliance.
Assist in the customization and configuration of LMS for client-specific needs, including datamigration, case tracking, reporting, and integration with existing tax systems.
Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to clients and internal teams on usingLMS effectively.
Monitor system performance, gather user feedback, and recommend improvements or newfeatures based on evolving tax regulations and litigation trends.
Participate in demo meetings, joint development meetings, testing phases, and deploymentactivities to ensure seamless product updates.
Maintain documentation on tax-related aspects of LMS, including best practices, case studies,and regulatory updates.
Support sales and marketing efforts by demonstrating LMS capabilities to potential clients andhighlighting its value in managing tax litigation complexities.
