Job Description

LMS Administrator

Role & responsibilities

Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) on a day-to-day basis.

  • Upload and update online course content and question banks.
  • Create and manage user accounts, roles, and permissions.
  • Schedule assessments, quizzes, and online classes within the LMS.
  • Monitor learner participation, progress, and completion rates.
  • Generate and distribute reports on assessments, usage, and overall performance.
  • Provide support to learners, instructors, and staff for LMS-related queries.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and security of LMS data and content.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Knowledge of LMS platforms with at least

    1 year of relevant experience

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues related to the LMS.
