Joining: Immediate Experience: 2–8 years with large language models and related ecosystems Education: B.Tech / M.Tech / MSc / PhD in CS, Linguistics, or related fields (or equivalent hands-on experience) 

Session Schedule: Weekdays and/or weekends as needed

Role Summary-

Guide learners through the landscape of large language models across multiple platforms (Genii, Cloud-based LLMs, and other leading models). Deliver practical, hands-on sessions on evaluation, selection, configuration, and deployment of LLMs for real-world tasks. Emphasize prompt design, governance, safety, and production-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities-

1. Lead sessions on multiple LLM platforms: capabilities, trade-offs, licensing, deployment patterns
2. Teach prompt engineering, system prompts, templates, and evaluation across use cases
3. Help learners select models for tasks (chat, summarization, retrieval-augmented workflows, code assistants, document understanding)
4. Design project-based modules showing end-to-end LLM workflows and deployments
5. Provide one-on-one mentoring, code/prompt review, and portfolio feedback
6. Stay current with new models, licensing, safety, and governance; refresh materials accordingly
7. Instruct on safe production deployment (access controls, privacy, bias mitigation, monitoring)
8. Explain integration options (APIs, microservices, cloud deployment) and relevant tooling
9. Offer career guidance, portfolio development, interview prep
10. Promote ethical and responsible use of LLMs

Requirements-

1. 2–8 years hands-on with large language models and ecosystems
2. Proficiency across multiple LLM platforms (Genii, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Claude, Cohere, Meta Llama, etc.)
3. Experience with prompt engineering and evaluating outputs across tasks
4. Familiarity with retrieval-augmented workflows, embeddings, vector databases
5. Understanding of deployment/integration patterns (APIs, containers, cloud)
6. Excellent online mentoring/communication skills; teaching/training a plus
7. Ability to stay current with rapid LLM changes
8. Willingness to commit to weekday and/or weekend sessions
9. Immediate availability preferred
