Job Description

Linux, macOS, and Windows environments.

Experience : 4-13 yrs

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL), macOS, and Windows-based systems.
Install, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot servers (physical and virtual) across platforms.
Oversee network infrastructure, including routing, switching, VPN, VLAN, and Wi-Fi access points.
Implement and manage firewall rules, IDS/IPS, and network security protocols.
Handle hardware and software troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and servers.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and policies via Active Directory and LDAP.
Provide Tier 2/3 support and escalate issues as necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
4-13 years of experience in a System Administrator or similar role.
Strong hands-on experience with Linux (server and desktop).
Solid understanding of macOS and Windows OS administration.
In-depth knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VPN).
Experience with firewall configuration and management (e.g., pfSense, Cisco ASA, Fortinet, Ubiquiti).
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (preferred but not mandatory).
