Key Responsibilities: Install, set up, and maintain Linux servers and systems, ensuring high availability and performance to minimize downtime and support business continuity. Monitor system performance to guarantee dependability and availability. Maintain frequent system backups and recovery methods. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues. Implement and maintain system security measures to protect sensitive data and prevent costly security breaches. Collaborate with other IT professionals to create and deploy innovative solutions that enhance overall IT infrastructure and support business growth. Maintain documentation of system setups, procedures, and processes to ensure knowledge retention, regulatory compliance, and smooth team transitions. Apply patches, upgrades, and security updates promptly to keep systems up to date, reducing vulnerabilities and maintaining compliance. Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings to ensure secure access and data privacy. Monitor and analyze logs to detect and address any issues proactively, preventing potential system failures and ensuring seamless operations. Eligibility Criteria: Educational Qualifications: Graduate in any stream Experience: 2+ years of experience in Lynux Systems Administration Skills: Experience in Linux Operating systems like CentOS or Redhat & Ubuntu. Able to secure configure of servers ( Server Hardening ) like NFS, Samba, Apache etc. Writing system level firewall rules Experience in bash shell scripting and text processing commands. Experience in Web Application servers like Apache / NGinx etc. Certification in Linux (Preferred) Experience in AWS Cloud, etc Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Salt Lake, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Linux System Administration: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
