Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize LinkedIn outreach for outbound sales campaigns.
• Identify and connect with potential leads, engaging in meaningful conversations.
• Develop personalized messaging to attract prospects.
• Maintain an organized database of leads and track responses.
• Collaborate with the sales team to nurture prospects into opportunities.
• Analyze LinkedIn engagement data and suggest improvements.
• Stay updated with LinkedIn’s latest trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Recent graduate or up to 6 months of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and its networking capabilities.
• Ability to conduct research and identify potential leads.
• Self-motivated with a keen interest in outbound sales.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
