You'll join a close-knit team of top talent to define the future of life science research, used globally. As a result, we are seeking talented Implementation Specialist to join our product team.  

What will you learn?

• You will learn to identify, analyze, and write features in an industry-standard format and validate the features before they go live.
• You will learn to perform market research and collect customer feedback
• You will learn to work closely with the engineering team to provide solutions to workflow requirements impacting customers

What will you do?

• Define customer requirements which include workflow analysis, understanding customer requirements, and implementing product features.
• Deliver data-driven recommendations for product enhancement.
• Communicate extensively with scientists across the globe, conduct product training, and showcase the product according to user specifications. 
• Understand customer and market requirements, translate them to product functionality, test the product, build use cases, write technical documents, conduct extensive testing, and interfacing with the engineering at all times for feature scoping.

Required

• Qualification: M.Tech./M.Sc Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences
• Job experience: 2-4 years
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Analytical & problem-solving skills
