Lift Technician

We are looking for a skilled and experienced lift technician with expertise in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems to join our company Flowerhorn Hub India Pvt Ltd maintenance and service team of Guwahati (Ulubari, Lachit Nagar, Raghunath Chowdhury Path, House No. 3, Bhanga Garh, Rajgarh Road, Lachit Nagar, SBI Bank). The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of lift systems used in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. This role demands hands-on technical proficiency across multiple domains, a strong understanding of safety standards, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The technician will handle electrical tasks such as wiring installation, control panel configuration, motor diagnostics, and PLC troubleshooting. They must be capable of interpreting electrical schematics and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Mechanical responsibilities include assembling and aligning lift components, replacing bearings and gears, conducting load tests, and performing preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of the lift systems. Hydraulic duties involve servicing pumps, valves, cylinders, and hoses; conducting pressure tests; detecting and repairing leaks; and maintaining fluid integrity within the system. Candidates should possess a diploma or ITI certification in electrical, mechanical, or mechatronics engineering, along with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in lift maintenance. Familiarity with diagnostic tools such as multimeters, pressure gauges, and alignment kits is essential. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to read technical manuals and blueprints are critical for success in this role. Certifications in electrical safety and hydraulic system maintenance are highly desirable. This position involves on-site work, which may include travel and flexible hours depending on client needs. Adherence to safety protocols and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory.
