Job Description

As a Senior Business Analyst or Business Consultant with 9 -13 years of experience in the Life Sciences industry, your role will involve leveraging your strong background in project delivery, client engagement, and business process improvement to drive business success. You are expected to be a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct detailed business analysis to understand and document business requirements, processes, and workflows. - Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Develop and maintain business process models, use cases, and functional specifications. - Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. - Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones, and monitor project progress. - Coordinate with project teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful project execution. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships. - Understand client needs and requirements, and translate them into actionable project plans. - Facilitate client meetings, workshops, and presentations to gather requirements and provide project updates. - Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions. - Develop and deliver comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations to stakeholders. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, R&D, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes. - Provide guidance and support to junior business analysts and other team members. - Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment. Qualifications Required: - 9 -13 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst or Senior Business Consultant in the Life Sciences industry. - Strong background in project delivery, client engagement, and business process improvement. - Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Proficiency in conducting detailed business analysis, developing project plans, and analyzing complex data sets. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and internal stakeholders effectively.,
