Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Life Insurance Sales professional to drive business from an existing customer base of a reputed financial services organization. This is an individual contributor role focused on life insurance sales, cross-selling, renewals, and portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities

Drive life insurance sales through cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the existing customer portfolio
Manage customer relationships to identify insurance needs and offer suitable solutions
Handle policy renewals, ensure timely closures, and improve retention ratios
Build a steady sales pipeline to meet revenue targets
Coordinate with internal sales, advisory, and distribution teams
Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines, documentation, and CRM updates

Candidate Profile

Graduate in any discipline (IRDAI / NISM certification preferred)
5 - 10 years of experience in life insurance sales
Strong experience in portfolio handling, renewals, and cross-selling
Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills
Comfortable working independently in a target-driven role
