Key Responsibilities:
Team Management & Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate agents or sales executives.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets for the team.
- Provide regular coaching, feedback, and motivation to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Conduct team meetings to assess progress, resolve issues, and improve sales strategies.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide professional real estate advice.
- Coordinate site visits, property presentations, and ensure end-to-end assistance throughout the buying/selling process.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through efficient communication and post-sale follow-up.
Sales & Business Development:
- Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, referrals, walk-ins, and digital campaigns.
- Convert leads into successful sales by actively engaging and convincing clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a strong client database using CRM tools.
ERP/CRM & Documentation:
- Use ERP/CRM software for updating client data, tracking sales activity, and reporting.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with legal and company policies in every transaction.
Communication & Representation:
- Act as a key representative of the brand in client interactions and industry events.
- Maintain a professional appearance and behavior during client meetings and property site visits.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams and clients, ensuring smooth operations.
Candidate Requirements:
- Gender: Female candidates only (as per specific team composition requirement)
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the real estate industry is mandatory
- Languages: Must be fluent in Hindi and English
- Education: Graduate in any stream; certification in real estate preferred
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Good convincing and negotiation skills
- Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems
- Confident, well-groomed, and presentable personality
