Reports to: Fragrance Development Manager Job Purpose Maintaining the fragrance library. Tasks and Responsibilities Maintain the fragrance library; both physical and intranet for CPL India. Ordering oils for CPL India. Read visit reports, new wins, new additions from different divisions and add the relevant ones to India library. Facilitate the library meetings and attend the project meeting Review the expired oils. Select fragrances for consumer product related India projects Select and maintain a library of fragrances for the House Acccounts Lead library related projects Work closely with evaluators and sales team members Update India library stock on ProductVision Any other duties as directed by the line manager. Skills and Attributes Required Excellent and confident communication skills - willing to liaise with colleagues and clients on a daily basis. Commercially focused Enthusiastic and a team player Able to work efficiently and effectively with attention to detail, even when under pressure Good time management Good IT skills - Microsoft Office fluent
