Library Coordinator

Key Responsibilities: - Maintain the fragrance library, both physical and intranet for CPL India. - Order oils for CPL India. - Read visit reports, new wins, new additions from different divisions, and add the relevant ones to the India library. - Facilitate the library meetings and attend project meetings. - Review expired oils. - Select fragrances for consumer product-related India projects. - Select and maintain a library of fragrances for the House Accounts. - Lead library-related projects. - Work closely with evaluators and sales team members. - Update India library stock on ProductVision. - Perform any other duties as directed by the line manager. Qualifications Required: - Excellent and confident communication skills for daily liaison with colleagues and clients. - Commercially focused mindset. - Enthusiastic and a team player. - Ability to work efficiently and effectively with attention to detail, even under pressure. - Good time management skills. - Proficient in IT skills, especially Microsoft Office.,
