About The Role

We are seeking experienced

LIAM Operations Engineers

to support, manage, and optimize our Identity & Access Management (IAM) infrastructure, with a focus on the

One Identity Manager (1IM)

platform. This role is key to ensuring secure identity onboarding, integration, and access provisioning across the enterprise, both in cloud and on-prem environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and operate One Identity Manager and integrated IAM services
  • Manage cloud and on-prem IAM infrastructure environments
  • Onboard Allianz business entities into the centralized IAM platform
  • Monitor and analyze IAM platform performance, bugs, and release-related issues
  • Ensure smooth integration of identities and applications within IAM systems
  • Support project teams during release, testing, and operational handovers
  • Handle incidents, problems, and changes as per ITIL practices
  • Maintain and update IAM process documentation and SOPs
  • Collaborate with global teams and use tools like JIRA for issue tracking

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in IAM operations and support (preferably with One Identity)
  • Graduate degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Active Directory (multi-forest)
    • Windows Server, IIS
    • MS SQL Server (single and cluster configurations)
    • Networking concepts (DNS, TCP/IP)
  • Hands-on experience with IAM support and operational procedures
  • Familiarity with incident, change, and problem management processes

Preferred Skills & Certifications

  • Certifications in security (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus
  • Cloud knowledge and certifications in Azure or AWS
  • Microsoft certifications in infrastructure/cloud administration
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and global IT operations
