Job Title : AI Game Developer Learning Gamification (Lenskart Academy)Location : BhiwadiFunction : L&D + Product EngineeringType : Full-time

Role Overview

We are looking for a full-stack Game Engineer / AI Developer who can design and build an immersive simulation-based gamified learning app for Lenskart Academy where users play a virtual Lenskart store game to learn store operations, sales, service, and eye-testing.You will build this from scratch using the latest technology, game engines, AI APIs, real-time simulation workflows, and create a scalable production-ready platform like Duolingo xRoblox x Simulation Retail.

You Will Build

  • A mobile-first 2.5D or 3D simulation of a Lenskart store
  • AI-driven customer decision trees with realistic responses
  • Real-time scoring, badges, progression levels & currency economy
  • Voice/ chat simulation using LLMs (GPT / Gemini / Whisper)
  • Cloud-native analytics dashboard + personalization engine
  • Integration with existing LMS & Lenskart employee ecosystem

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect & build the core game engine and gameplay mechanics
  • Implement dynamic role-play using AI NPC customers
  • Create modular micro-services for scoring, rewards & progression
  • Ensure the game is lightweight, fast, and scalable across 10,000+ learners
  • Integrate Generative AI for chat, voice, hints & intelligent feedback
  • Work with Product + L&D teams to convert SOPs into real playable missions

Tech Stack Were Excited About

(You dont need all but must be world-class at most)
  • Game Engines : Unity 3D / Unreal / BabylonJS / Godot
  • AI & Simulation : OpenAI GPT-4/5, Gemini, Whisper, RAG, LLM Agents
  • Frontend : React Native / Flutter / WebGL / Three.js
  • Backend : Node.js / Python FastAPI / Firebase / Supabase
  • Architecture : Microservices, WebSockets, Event-driven systems
  • Bonus : Worked on Roblox, Fortnite Creative, Digital Twins, or VR/AR

Ideal Candidate

  • 2 to 6 years hands-on experience building simulation games, edtech games, or AI assistant products
  • Strong at coding + real-time game logic + AI integration
  • Obsessed with user engagement + gamification + smooth gameplay
  • Not a coder for tickets but a creator, builder, inventor
  • Experience shipping production-grade apps used by real users at scale
