Job Description

You are a passionate and proactive Leisure Sales Manager joining the innovative sales and marketing team. Your primary focus will be on soliciting and cultivating business within the luxury and leisure market segment, building key relationships and securing revenue. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a new generation booking platform for Lifestyle Resorts in the USA. - Solicit new and develop existing accounts to exceed revenue goals through various communication channels. - Prepare correspondence, reports, and maintain files related to customer interactions. - Participate in sales meetings, trainings, and other strategy sessions. - Develop and maintain knowledge of market trends, competition, and customers. - Represent the hotel at community and industry events. - Manage and solicit leisure accounts, maintain databases, and develop promotions. - Analyze consortia and leisure programs to align with business goals. - Contribute to marketing plans and budget process, reviewing goals regularly. - Develop marketing tools and collateral, coordinate direct mail efforts. - Conduct sales calls, organize sales blitzes, and attend industry webinars and conferences. - Facilitate cross-selling within the resort and build relationships with sales counterparts. - Submit timely reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing and stay updated on market trends. - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field. - Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a 5-star Luxury Hotel Group. - Strong understanding of the South Florida & US Hotel market. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. - Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. - Leisure Sales and Customer Service skills. - Excellent Communication skills in English and US Accent. - Experience in International Trade and International Business. - Strong negotiation and networking abilities. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. - Passion for hospitality and commitment to exceptional customer service.
