Job Description

Role & responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and prepare legal notices and replies etc. Provide legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on a wide range of legal issues, proactive measures in brand protection etc. Research and analyze laws and regulations to ensure compliance with applicable requirements. Liasoning and maintaining relations with external lawyers and counsels. Manage litigations. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the company's operations. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree (5 years) in Law. 8-10 years of experience working in a corporate environment (with a blend of some years of practical court exp. preferred). Proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong knowledge of contract law, consumer law, recovery matters, regulatory compliance etc. Understanding on Intellectual Property Rights matter. Drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in legal research and document. 8-10 years of experience working in a corporate environment.
