The Jhagadia Float Glass manufacturing unit of Saint-Gobain India Pvt Ltd โ€“ Glass Business is one of the strategic investments of Saint-Gobain in western India with the acquisition of erstwhile Ms. Sejal Architectural Glass in the year 2011. Located at Central Gujarat in Jhagadia of Bharuch District, the state-of-the-art float glass plant is spread over an area of 150 acres with its capacity to produce 550 MT of clear glass per day having the accolade of producing clear glass with less than 650 ppm of Iron setting a high quality benchmark standard within India and globally. Saint-Gobain Jhagadia also takes the pride by setting this benchmark for its TVC campaign of Clear Glass of 654 PPM. The campus also has uniquely positioned in house Sand Beneficiation plant with a capacity to produce 600 tons of treated sand/per day. Saint-Gobain has further made a strategic investment on value added products viz Shower Cubicles business in Jhagadia to cater to Home and Hospitality business segments of Saint-Gobain. What more - Jhagadia glass site today has uniquely positioned itself over a decade to attract many future investments of Saint-Gobain in India. Our people are our greatest ASSETS. Troubleshooting & fault diagnosis of technical breakdowns. 2. Maintaining plant instrumentation spares. 3. Continuous monitoring of unsafe conditions in plant and rectify them. 4. Commissioning of instrumentation projects. 5. Plan actualisation of preventive maintenance. 6. Follow Up with Purchaser & Supplier. 7. Predictive Maintenance.
