Key Responsibilities:

Drafting and vetting of real estate agreements such as sale deeds, lease deeds, builder-buyer agreements, joint development agreements, and MOUs. 
Conducting legal due diligence of property titles, ownership records, encumbrances, and compliance with local laws.Preparing and maintaining complete documentation for property transactions, land acquisition, project approvals, and registrations.Filing and managing RERA registrations, extensions, updates, and correspondence for projects in Delhi-NCR.Handling RERA-related matters including complaint drafting, responses, affidavits, and coordination for hearings.Providing legal opinions and advisory on land acquisition, development rights, project structuring, and regulatory risks.Reviewing contracts with vendors, consultants, and contractors to safeguard company interests.Supporting litigation matters related to real estate including civil suits, consumer complaints, and RERA disputes.Coordinating with external counsels and attending court hearings or RERA forums when required.Drafting and replying to legal notices, customer disputes, and correspondence with regulatory authorities.Ensuring organized record-keeping and secure management of all legal documents, title papers, and case files.Staying updated on legal and regulatory developments affecting real estate, RERA, land laws, and urban planning in Delhi-NCR.
