As a Legal Counsel at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring legal compliance and providing expert advice on a wide range of legal matters. Your responsibilities will include: - Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and legal notices. - Offering legal guidance to internal stakeholders, focusing on proactive measures for brand protection. - Conducting research and analysis on laws and regulations to ensure the company's compliance. - Building and maintaining relationships with external lawyers and counsels. - Managing litigations effectively and staying abreast of changes in relevant laws and regulations. To excel in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Law with 8-10 years of experience in a corporate environment (experience in practical court proceedings is preferred). - Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Strong knowledge of contract law, consumer law, recovery matters, and regulatory compliance. - Understanding of Intellectual Property Rights matters. - Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. - Proficiency in legal research and documentation. - Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Capability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.
