Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end

  contract administration and legal operations

  activities.
• Automate and optimize contract-related workflows using

  Microsoft Power Automate

  .
• Develop and maintain

  Power Apps

  to streamline contract and legal processes.
• Create dashboards and reports using

  Power BI

  for contract analytics and insights.
• Draft, review, and manage contract documentation with advanced

  Microsoft Word

  capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a

  matrixed environment

  (Legal, Procurement, IT, Business).
• Leverage

  AI tools and techniques

  to enhance productivity, accuracy, and efficiency in contract operations.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and contracting standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–6 years

  of experience in

  contracts, legal operations, or process automation

  .
• Familiarity with

  high-tech IT contracting environments

  .

• Advanced Microsoft Word skills

  (styles, revision control, TOC, document comparison).
• Hands-on experience with

  Microsoft Power Platform

  :
• Power Automate (workflow automation)
• Power Apps (custom application development)
• Power BI (analytics and dashboards)
• Strong

  writing and documentation skills

• Comfortable working in

  cross-functional, matrixed environments

• Strong proficiency in
