Legal Officer

We are seeking a diligent and proactive Part-Time Legal Advisor to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring our company's legal compliance, mitigating risks, and providing strategic legal guidance. You'll work closely with the Director and CEO, offering vital support across various corporate legal functions.

Responsibilities:

• Debt Recovery & Compliance: Draft and send legal notices for pending payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws.
• Document Review & Enhancement: Thoroughly review legal documents and agreements, identifying any inaccuracies, omissions, or areas for improvement. You'll also suggest additional key points to strengthen our legal position.
• Proactive Risk Management: Provide timely legal advice to the company to anticipate and avoid potential crises, helping us navigate complex legal landscapes.
• Strategic Advisory: Participate in legal discussions with the Director and CEO, offering critical insights and recommendations before the company embarks on new ventures or initiatives.
• Legal Drafting: Prepare and draft various legal documents, including notices, agreements, and other correspondence as required.
• Communication: Draft professional and legally sound emails for internal and external communication.
• Notarization: Handle notarization of documents as needed.
• General Legal Support: Provide comprehensive legal advice and support for all other requirements within the Corporate Legal Department.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in corporate law or a similar legal role.
• Strong understanding of legal principles and practices.
• Excellent drafting, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of integrity and professional ethics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
