About the Role

Legal Professional

Key Responsibilities

1. Title Verification

   – Examine property ownership documents to ensure authenticity and compliance with applicable laws.

2. Title Due Diligence

   – Conduct thorough due diligence on property transactions, identifying legal risks and providing actionable recommendations.

3. Title Clearance

   – Resolve issues relating to property titles, encumbrances, and discrepancies to ensure clear and marketable titles.

4. Revenue-related Matters

   – Handle land revenue records, mutation, conversion, property tax, and compliance with revenue laws.
5. Draft, review, and vet legal documents, contracts, agreements, and notices related to property transactions.
6. Liaise with external law firms, advocates, and government authorities on legal issues.
7. Maintain updated knowledge of

   real estate laws, RERA regulations, land revenue codes, and property registration procedures

   .
8. Advise management on legal risks and provide solutions for risk mitigation.
9. Support dispute resolution and litigation related to property and revenue matters, where required.
10. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LL.B. / LL.M.).

• 10–15 years of experience

  in a law firm or real estate company with a focus on

  property and land-related matters

• Strong expertise in

  title verification, due diligence, clearance, and revenue-related issues

  .
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work with external stakeholders including government authorities, law firms, and clients.
• High attention to detail, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.
• Integrity and professional ethics in handling sensitive legal matters.
