Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Ensure to Legal filing - EP/Sec.138/Passa within time line.
Issuance of Summons and handover to concern police station /Send by Post.
Stages movement and Service of Summon /Notice /BW/NBW
Daily coordination with lawyers for Filed by HDB & against cases.
Legal Cases update in Legal Portal on Cases to case hearing basis.
ADR activities - Schedule Lok-adalat/conciliation as per collection request
To provide necessary help, documents, information for the assistance of panel advocate.
Ensure steps for fast legal relief and recovery on overdue cases.
Visit PASS/Sec.138/EP filed Delinquent customer and law firms regularly.

Ensure to co-ordinate with collection team for service of Summon and Warrant.

Mandatory Skills Required:

LLB with enrolment in Bar Council.
Fresher t0 2 yrs for Legal Officer and 3-5 yrs experience for Legal Associate in legal field is must.
Good communication and pleasing personality.

High level of Self Drive/Enthusiasm
