Legal Officer

As a Legal Officer, your main responsibilities will include drafting and reviewing legal documents, agreements, and contracts. You will also be supporting in ensuring company compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, you will be required to coordinate with senior legal staff and external legal consultants, maintain and organize legal records, contracts, and files, provide support in handling internal legal matters and documentation, and assist in legal research and preparation of case files if required. To excel in this role, you must possess a strong understanding of Indian laws such as Contract Law, Company Law, and Labor Law. Good drafting and written communication skills are essential, along with attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Proficiency in MS Office and legal documentation is also required, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. To be eligible for this position, you must be a female LLB graduate from a recognized university. Internship experience in the legal field would be considered a plus. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement. The work schedule will be during day shifts with a fixed shift. The work location is in person at Indore.
