About Company: An NSE/BSE-listed leading real estate group invites applications for the following position for its property & facilities management vertical.

Legal Manager – Property & Facility Management
Desired Profile: Law graduate with 7-10 years relevant experience.
Job Location: Rajaji Nagar, Bangalore

Job Profile:

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage FM-related contracts (FMAs, SLAs, vendor/manpower agreements, NDAs, MOUs, work orders).
• Ensure contractual risk mitigation, compliance, renewals, amendments, and closures.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, HSE regulations, and statutory requirements related to FM operations.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise business and operations teams.
• Provide legal support to operations, HR, procurement, and management on day-to-day matters.
• Identify legal risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Handle disputes, legal notices, claims, and coordinate with external counsel for litigation/arbitration.
• Support internal, statutory, and client audits; maintain legal MIS, case records, and documentation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
