Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate
a wide range of contracts including:
IT agreements (MSAs, SaaS, licensing, support, SLAs)
Vendor contracts
NDAs, MOUs, LOIs
Service level agreements
Customer and partner agreements
Manage the
end-to-end contract lifecycle
, including contract creation, execution, renewal, and termination.
Ensure
contractual compliance
and mitigate legal risks by identifying and addressing contract issues proactively.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Procurement, Sales, IT, and Finance to understand business needs and provide legal input on strategic transactions.
Develop and implement
contract templates, policies, and playbooks
to standardize processes and improve efficiency.
Maintain a
contract repository
and ensure timely tracking of key contract milestones (renewals, expirations, obligations).
Provide legal support for
IT procurement and technology-related agreements
, including data privacy and cybersecurity clauses.
Stay updated on legal and regulatory developments relevant to IT contracts and commercial law.
Provide training and guidance to internal teams on contract terms, negotiation strategies, and legal risks.
