Legal & Liaisoning Manager

📌 Key Responsibilities

📘 Legal Affairs & Documentation

• Draft, review, and manage all

  contracts, MOUs, NDAs, vendor & distributor agreements, employment bonds

  .
• Represent the company in

  legal proceedings

  (civil, commercial, labour, and contractual disputes).
• Maintain legal compliance and prepare replies to legal notices.

🏛 Liaisoning & Regulatory Compliance

• Liaise with

  government authorities

  and regulatory bodies (Agriculture Dept., Pollution Control Board, Labour Dept., Excise, ROC, FSSAI).
• Handle

  licenses, renewals, inspections, and audits

  .
• Ensure compliance for

  agrochemical and bioproduct registrations

  (CIBRC, ISO, organic certifications).

🧾 Statutory Compliance & Risk Mitigation

• Support compliance with

  Companies Act, Factory Act, GST, MSME, and environmental laws

  .
• Identify legal risks and assist in

  policy drafting

  (HR, confidentiality, exit policies).

🧩 Internal Support

• Assist

  HR, Purchase, Operations, and Sales teams

  in contracts and compliance matters.
• Conduct

  due diligence and legal vetting

  for new vendors, suppliers, and clients.

🎯 Qualifications & Skills

• LL.B. / LL.M.

  from a reputed institute.

• 5–10 years’ experience

  in corporate legal & liaisoning roles (preferably manufacturing/FMCG).
• Strong knowledge of

  contract, company, labour, environmental laws

  & regulatory frameworks.
• Experience in

  government liaison

  and compliance management.
• Excellent

  communication, drafting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

  .
• Willingness to

  travel occasionally

  for factory/site/government visits.
