Role: Legal Intern (Remote, Full-Time)

As a Legal Intern at SIRI Law LLP, you will be part of an elite environment that blends traditional legal practice with advanced cybersecurity capabilities. This position is designed for high-performing law students who want exposure to modern law practice, cyber-driven legal issues, and real-world litigation strategy.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct detailed legal research across corporate, civil, criminal, IPR, and cyber law domains.- Draft a variety of legal documents, including petitions, notices, agreements, and internal memos.- Assist in case analysis, preparing briefs, timelines, and strategic case notes.- Support senior lawyers during consultations, document reviews, and litigation preparation.- Contribute to cases involving data privacy, cybercrimes, digital evidence, and technology disputes.- Review statutes, case laws, and regulatory frameworks (IT Act, Data Protection laws, global privacy norms, etc.).- Prepare structured reports using SIRI’s process-driven workflows and legal-tech tools.- Operate professionally in a remote environment, maintaining strict confidentiality and discipline.

Qualifications

- Strong foundational understanding of legal principles, statutes, and procedural law.- Skills in legal drafting, consulting, and document preparation.- Excellent written and verbal communication, with sharp attention to detail.- Demonstrated interest or experience in Cyber Law, Data Privacy, Technology Law, or Digital Forensics is a significant advantage.- Ability to conduct deep legal research efficiently and systematically.- Currently pursuing or recently completed an LLB or equivalent law degree.- High sense of responsibility, discipline, and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
