Job Title: Legal Intern Stipend: ₹5,000 per month (Fixed) + Travel expenses for court visits (Remuneration will be revised upon successful completion of the internship, subject to performance.) Office Location: Mumbai Duration: 6 months (After completion, the Legal Intern may be onboarded as an Associate Advocate , based on performance.) Qualification: LL.B. (recent graduate) with a valid Sanad . Key Responsibilities: Attend court hearings and assist in case proceedings. Draft, file, and manage legal documents, petitions, and affidavits. Handle objection removals and coordinate with court clerks and registry offices. Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries as needed. Maintain and organize case files and documentation. Work Schedule: Office Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Days: Monday to Saturday Must be flexible to travel to various courts and tribunals across Mumbai and nearby regions, including Palghar, Vasai, Bandra, Parel, Churchgate, Thane, Kalyan, and Belapur.
