Legal Internship

Job Title: Legal Intern

Stipend: ₹5,000 per month (Fixed) + Travel expenses for court visits

(Remuneration will be revised upon successful completion of the internship, subject to performance.)

Office Location: Mumbai

Duration: 6 months

(After completion, the Legal Intern may be onboarded as an Associate Advocate, based on performance.)

Qualification:

• LL.B. (recent graduate) with a valid Sanad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend court hearings and assist in case proceedings.
• Draft, file, and manage legal documents, petitions, and affidavits.
• Handle objection removals and coordinate with court clerks and registry offices.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries as needed.
• Maintain and organize case files and documentation.

Work Schedule:

• Office Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Days: Monday to Saturday
• Must be flexible to travel to various courts and tribunals across Mumbai and nearby regions, including Palghar, Vasai, Bandra, Parel, Churchgate, Thane, Kalyan, and Belapur.
