Legal Internship

About Us:

We are a fast-growing investment banking and advisory firm working at the intersection of finance, strategy, and innovation. We are looking for a proactive Legal Intern to support our in-house legal and HR teams.

Role Overview:

As a Legal Intern, you will assist the company in reviewing and drafting documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting HR-related legal processes. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to the legal operations of a financial services company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts, NDAs, MoUs, and service agreements.
• Support in compliance with SEBI, RBI, and company law regulations as applicable to the investment banking industry.
• Help maintain legal documentation and ensure timely renewals and filings
• Assist HR in reviewing employment contracts, internship agreements, and internal policies.
• Research on labor laws, ESOPs, and other HR legal matters.
• Coordinate with external legal advisors or consultants when required.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate records of all legal communications and documents.
• Provide assistance in internal audits or due diligence processes.
• What We’re Looking For:
• Pursuing/completed LLB or equivalent law degree.
• Strong interest in corporate law, labor law, and financial regulations.
• Detail-oriented with excellent legal research and drafting skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Prior internship experience in corporate/legal teams (preferred but not mandatory).
• Available to work full-time or part-time as required.
