Alpha Terra is a prop-tech start-up digitizing and simplifying India’s real estate ecosystem through our platform, Terrem. We're building a transparent and tech-driven solution for property transactions across the country.

Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research on property, real estate, and tech laws

Draft NDAs, MoUs, service agreements, and platform policies

Assist in due diligence and property verification

Maintain legal document templates and trackers

Coordinate with external legal advisors and portals

Requirements:

LLB graduate or final-year law student

Good legal drafting and research skills

Interest in real estate law and legal tech

Familiar with Indian legal systems (Contract Act, Transfer of Property, Registration Act, RERA, etc.)

Strong communication skills; self-driven and detail-oriented

Telugu/Hindi knowledge is a plus
