About the Internship: We're looking for three Legal Interns who are passionate about legal research and curious about the growing field of legal staffing . This is a rare opportunity to work directly with the leadership team at the intersection of law and talent strategy—gaining hands-on exposure to the U.S. legal market. No cold calls —all outreach is email-based. What You'll Learn & Do: Conduct research on U.S. law firms and identify potential business opportunities. Analyze firm structures, practice areas, and talent needs. Execute email campaigns to legal decision-makers using personalized templates. Generate interest in exploratory calls and meetings with our leadership team. Learn the business of legal staffing from the inside out. Collaborate on strategic outreach initiatives and contribute to our expansion. Who You Are: A recent law graduate or postgraduate (India). Strong command over written communication, especially email writing. Detail-oriented, research-savvy, and self-motivated. Comfortable working remotely in US EST hours . Eager to build a career in legal staffing, recruiting, or legal business operations. Compensation & Growth: Stipend: ₹35,000/month for the 6-month internship. Post-Internship Opportunity: Based on performance, interns may be offered a full-time role with a total annual compensation of ₹9 LPA (Base + Bonus + On-Target Incentives).
