Preferred Candidates belonging to Delhi /M.P / U.P / Rajasthan etc, and experienced practicing in Mumbai High Court, and others too. Age : 35 yrs - 48 Yrs Office time : Part Time Immediate joiners are welcome.. Travelling is required extensively as part of the job role, specifically to North & Central India – mainly Madhya Pradesh (South Side) and Uttar Pradesh, as most of the company’s legal cases are concentrated in these regions. Must have a valid SANAD and be a practicing advocate. Handle a range of Corporate & Civil matters such as contracts, negotiations, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and NCLT, DRT, Civil and Criminal cases, Arbitration, etc. Maintain good contacts with leading advocates and law firms. Argue and handle matters independently at High Court, MSME Court, District Court, Revenue Court, etc. Structure, draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents related to business transactions. Work closely with management to provide legal advice and risk analysis on business strategies and initiatives. Perform due diligence in contracts, mergers, and acquisitions. Advise on compliance matters and ensure the corporation operates within the law. Conduct legal research & analysis on corporate legal issues and regulatory changes. Ensure legal documentation & correspondence is accurate, updated, and compliant. Assess legal implications that may impact the company and advise on risk mitigation. Provide advisory on corporate governance and company-related legal issues. Represent the company before Government bodies, regulatory authorities, ROC, Revenue Dept., Police officials, etc. Handle dispute resolution – arbitration, mediation, and settlements. Manage urgent/crisis legal matters such as FIRs or regulatory notices effectively. Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, HR, Operations) to provide legal support. Working Hours: Part time Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month Salary will be finalized during the interview (not fixed) (age-under 50) Travel: depend on work (within India, as required)
